About me

Contemporary stained glass art. Handmade in Melbourne, Australia. 

LMH Studio is run by me, LM Horsburgh, a self-taught stained glass artist. I use the copper foil, also known as the Tiffany Glass, technique to handmake pieces based on my original designs. 

I have been developing my creative practice in stained glass since 2022. Creating stained glass art brings together my love of art, design and craft. Working with glass allows me to explore the connections between colour, texture and light. 

My inspirations are wide and varied but include: the Art Deco and Art Nouveau movements, plants and flowers (particularly Australian natives), organic and geographic designs and human-made arts and crafts.

I love creating original pieces based on my own designs but I also enjoy working with clients to develop and create custom pieces.
